National Library week is an annual celebration high- lighting the valuable role libraries, librarians and library workers play in transforming lives and communities.  Clark Branch will be celebrating with a Nintendo Switch game day scheduled for April 8 at 3 p.m. Stop by the Clark Branch library any time during the week and take part in a coloring contest, library Scavenger hunt , or ABC research fun sheet.  Stop at Puskarich Public Library and get tips and tricks for raising your backyard chickens on April 8 at 6:00 p.m.  Nintendo Switch game night is scheduled at Puskarich on April 9 at 6:00 p.m. All ages are welcome. Registration is required.  A presentation from Anthony Johnson, Cut the Cord: how to stop paying for cable with- out ditching your television, will be offered at Puskarich library on April 10 at 6:00 p.m.  Celebrate at the Scio Branch Library by guessing how many pieces of candy are in the jar. Calling all Crazy Chicken Ladies (& Gents!) to a fun and informative evening to talk about our favorite subject—Chickens! Val Gardner will share tips and tricks of raising a backyard chicken flock. The event is scheduled for April 8 at 6:00 p.m. at the Puskarich Pub- lic Library in Cadiz. Come and share your knowledge of things that work for you! Join in on this fun filled evening.  Make & take a boredom buster! A 3-pack of healthy chicken flock blocks. Similar to a wild songbird suet cake but created just for your favorite girls!  Fun Games & Prizes! Bring a printed pho- to of your funniest chicken, to have everyone vote, to win a prize. It will be chicken related, of course!  A Fun Raffle! Enter to win a huge 1# mega chubbie mealworm bucket. These are like the nightcrawlers of mealworms.  Story Time! Regale us with your favorite chicken tale! Or remember a beloved hen who’s passed on. Just share the love we have for our feath- ered friends. All ages welcome!
